Training
What’s a training course?
This is a meeting where different participants work together on a practical subject. Each participant contributes their expertise, experience and point of view, which they share with the rest of the group. A facilitator is appointed.
We often hear the word Workshop. This is literally a collaborative workshop designed to discuss a specific topic. All the participants in a workshop interact with each other to develop a thought process, come up with an idea, share specific knowledge or debate the issue in question.
For us, passing on know-how is an exchange that enables continuous learning. Sharing your knowledge is good for your self-esteem, for opening up to others and to new things. Passing on encourages curiosity and discovery, reaching out to others and opening up to the world.
Passing on makes you happy.
Three formats

Short format - 1 hour
A workshop doesn’t have to be long. If you want to discuss an issue, it can be done in 1 hour or 1 hour 30 at the most.

Medium format - 3hrs to 3.5hrs
This format is ideal for workshops where the aim is to share know-how.

Long format - 6 to 7h or half a day
Long formats often take place within our working perimeter. They are ideal for workshops that require travel and sometimes live practice.
